Doing hardware and worried about security? Make the boards so large the hackers need to clean their desks, which will buy you some extra time.

The ruins my new business selling knockoff Clippy clothing, and just as it was about to take off too.
Check out that list of goods. Looking forward to my clippy pjs. (amazed it wasn't applied for until just now, guess they only realized the true value of clippy was for loungewear)

Really interesting piece on a high street success, though I do object to being introduced to the term "eatertainment".
This is easily my favourite story I worked on last year and I am so pleased it's out at last!!! 🍬🍫🍭 WHY ARE THERE ***NINE*** AMERICAN SWEET SHOPS ON OXFORD STREET?? An investigation: timeout.com/london/shopping/…

Censorship proving to be just as effective then as it is now (@BannedBooksWeek)
I have heard of this kind of censorship before but I have never seen it! Three dabs of wax on every page PLUS three holes that suggest that Girolamo Savonarola’s sermon on Ruth was sewn shut. BS1450 73d .S3 @UISpecColl. Too heretical to be left open!

Glad to hear they're selling stuff. Just tried to buy a suit in the local M&S, but menswear is down to Bermuda shorts and t-shirts which seemed inappropriate for a funeral.

You're not going to justify the billion dollar investment in 5G with an attitude like that!
Replying to @dw2
Karen Bradley MP claims that driverless cars will depend on complete roll-out of 5G. Otherwise cars may miss their turn offs. Hmm. Surely these cars will need to be able to operate if the 5G signal is unavailable #EconomicReboot

It's a marvelous place to work:
So, @TheRegister is hiring a full-time copy editor, as well as a tech reporter on a six-month contract who can write in US time, and the latter might also lead to a permanent position. theregister.com/2021/04/13/j… Please don't DM me about this, the application details are in the ad.

Loon is dead. It was always too expensive, but LEO was about to take away its only potential market. A few high-altitude platforms persist, but they're unlikely to last - medium.com/loon-for-all/loon…
